Site Route not Found when Securing Sentry Print Device

Problem

While trying to install Sentry Print, when selecting one of the printers, it’s giving the below error:


Solution

  • First confirm if this printer has the correct information entered within Pharos Administrator.
  • Open IIS Manager
  • Go to Application Pools. - Select "Pharos ASP.NET Core" and click "Recycle" on the right panel.
  • Wait about 10 seconds, then try unsecure or resecure again.
  • Open command prompt as Admin, type IISRESET, and press Enter to reset IIS
  • Then retry securing the device.
