Slow Printing with Private Access in Zscaler

Problem 

When private access is enabled on Zscaler, users are experiencing slow printing issues which are fixed when private access is turned off.  

Solution 

This is a known issue with Zscaler. And unfortunately, the issue is on the Zscaler side of things and therefore Pharos doesn’t have a fix for this. The only workable solution at this time is to turn off private access in Zscaler to resolve the slow printing issue.
