The Pharos Cloud Status Dashboard offers real-time visibility into the health of your cloud services and can help you identify issues quickly. Before contacting Pharos Support, check the dashboard first—it’s often the fastest way to confirm whether there’s a known issue.
The status dashboard makes it easy to monitor your environment with confidence, beginning with a streamlined view of running Pharos Cloud services and info icons for quick details about each service. You’ll also have immediate visibility into upcoming maintenance, along with any incidents or maintenance completed within the last 30 days. For added insight, the dashboard includes a rolling seven-day status timeline that will show you the dates, times, and descriptions of each update. When you need the full picture, the History link at the bottom provides an overall status summary of your tenant, including detailed records of hotfixes, maintenances, and incidents over time.
You can also subscribe to email notifications to ensure you never miss an important update about Pharos Cloud availability or planned maintenance activity. To subscribe, simply open the Pharos Cloud Status Dashboard, select Subscribe in the top-right corner of the page, enter your email address, and confirm your subscription. Not using a Pharos Cloud feature and don’t care to be notified about it? You can unsubscribe from that service by clicking the Manage Existing Subscription link located on the Subscribe button popup.
Pro Tip: You can reduce inbox noise by creating an Outlook email rule that automatically moves maintenance notification messages into a dedicated folder. You can do this by configuring the following rules:
- From = noreply@status.io
- Subject includes = “Scheduled Maintenance Notification”
- Move the messages into a folder such as “Pharos Status Notifications” (or any name you prefer). This will help you keep your inbox organized while still ensuring you stay informed.
