# Swipe card logon does not work when screen saver running

When the screen saver is running, the first swipe of a card through a keyboard wedge does not work. When the screen saver is gone, card swipes work.

Disable the Windows screen saver so that the Pharos screen saver can run. The Windows screen saver uses the first character to wake up the PC, so the logon does not work. The Pharos screen saver will correctly register the first character.
