# Take Control of Mobile App Access

**What's new**

Mobile App Access Control gives administrators a single point of control for mobile access across their organization. You can turn mobile release on or off with one toggle and see a breakdown of which mobile capabilities are currently active for your tenant. It's a straightforward way to keep mobile access aligned with your organization's security policies and licensing, including for organizations whose company policies don't allow mobile app access at all. In that case, disabling mobile access tenant-wide is a quick way to stay compliant without relying on individual users to follow the policy on their own.

**Where to find it**

In the web console, go to Account Settings > Secure Settings > Mobile.

**How to enable or disable mobile access**

1. Navigate to **Account Settings > Secure Settings > Mobile**.
2. Locate the **Enable Mobile Access** toggle.
3. Turn it **ON** to allow end users to register and use the Secure Release mobile app.
4. Turn it **OFF** to block new mobile device registrations via SSO.

What each state means:

- **ON** — End users can register their mobile device using the Pharos Print desktop app.
- **OFF** — Users can't register new mobile devices via SSO. Anyone already logged in won't be logged out immediately, but their session will eventually expire.

**How to check which mobile features are enabled**

1. In the same **Mobile** settings screen, scroll below the Enable Mobile Access toggle to the **Mobile Features** section.
2. Review the two lists:
  - **Enabled** — capabilities users can access right now. A feature lands here when it's supported by your tenant configuration, allowed by your security settings, and covered by your licensing.
  - **Disabled** — capabilities users can't access yet. A feature lands here if it isn't configured in your tenant, is restricted by policy, or isn't covered by your current licensing.
3. Click any feature link to jump straight to its configuration section.

This view is read-only, so admins can review what's available and why without risking a change. It also updates dynamically: if a feature is toggled on or off elsewhere in the console, it moves between the Enabled and Disabled lists automatically.

**Why it matters**

One toggle, one view, full visibility. Whether you're rolling mobile release out or need to keep it locked down for policy reasons, Mobile App Access Control makes it easy to keep mobile access exactly where your organization wants it.
