# The "Advanced" printer icon appears to be grayed out and or does not do anything when clicked while installing MAC Popups.

During the installation of the MAC popup client when you click the "Advanced" icon nothing appears to happen or the button appears to be grayed out.

Pharos is aware of this issue and has determined that there is delay on some MAC computers in retrieving the items when clicking on this button. This is an Apple issue and users experiencing this problem may need to wait up to 20 seconds for the "Advanced" items to be displayed.
