# The AVS Kiosk displays "Stop, Temporarily Out Of Order" on the touch screen display.

### Problem:

Why is my Kiosk displaying the following message as is seen in the attached image below?

"Stop, Temporarily Out Of Order"

### Answer

The Pharos AVS Kiosk, an Add Value Station will display this message when it is not able to communicate to the Pharos Uniprint server. The Kiosk communicates with the server over TCP Port 1070.

Restart the service called "CommNet Server" on the Pharos Server and see if the Kiosk connects again.
