# The Pharos Print App for iOS is not connecting to the server, I can't login.

### Problem:

I am unable to connect the Pharos Print App for iOS to my Print Center server and login.

### Environment:

Pharos Print App for iOS.

Uniprint - Supported Print Center versions for the iOS App.

Blueprint - Supported Print Center versions for the iOS App.

---

### Information:

Apple prohibits the iOS from connecting to just any old server with an SSL Certificate installed that is being used for the SSL connection, Apple has a list of "allowed" CA (Certifying Authroties) that the Servers SSL Certificate needs to be signed by. This means that if your Print Center server is using the default Self-Signed SSL Certificate an iOS device will not connect to it, or any SSL Certificate not signed by an Apple approved CA.

Apple has a handful of KB Articles that point to the list for each iOS version, below is one of them.

[Apples iOS Trusted Root Certificate list](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204132)

**Note:** CA is the same as a Trusted Root Certificate.
