# Uniprint Alert 29009 'License Server declined '%1' license limit'

#### Problem:

Alert code 29009 - "License Server declined '%1' license limit"

#### Applies To:

Pharos License Limit

#### Cause:

Too many of the given resources have been used e.g. Printers, Print Services, or Print Pages. Your license for this particular resource does not allow this many. Delete some Printers or Print Services as the case may be, or renew the license in the case of Print Pages.

#### Solution:

Remove the extra resources like Signup Computers or Printers or set some to "Inactive" or contact [ClientServices@pharos.com](mailto:ClientServices@pharos.com) to obtain an updated license that accounts for the new Resources you need to add to your system.
