# Uniprint: Nerve Center Error: There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

### **Symptom:**

When I try to login to the SignUp Nerve Center I get the below error.

*"There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed."*

### **Cause:**

There is a chance that "Enable Session State" is turned off in IIS.

### **Solution:**

In IIS Manager under Default Website > Properties > Home Directory > Configuration > App Options, ensure Enable Session State is checked.
