# Uniprint: Package count showing as N/A on Uniprint web page

### Symptoms:

- ERROR: Automation server cannot create object
- ERROR: Package count showing as NA
- Cannot display packages
- Cannot display modules

### Environment:

- Microsoft Windows Server 2008
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2
- Pharos Systems Uniprint Suite

### Cause:

Invalid settings for ASP and the DefaultAppPool preventing the Uniprint website from working.

### Resolution:

Within IIS Manager:

1. On the Default Web Site > ASP option > Set 'Enable Parent Paths' to True.
2. On the DefaultAppPool Set allow 32bit apps for the app pool.
3. Restart the DefaultAppPool
