# w3wp process is using 100 percent CPU usage

If you see the following error in the EDI log complete the following task

SoapException, error code=Pedi.NoSuchObject, message=The Label:network(ip address) does not exist.

---

1. Push the ini Schema from the Omega to the Pharos database
2. To troubleshoot the high CPU usage:

Before completing this task make sure of the following:

- Omega Ps150 and Ps100 have the latest firmware
- Make sure that the EDI has the latest hotfix (Pharos Web site)
- Make sure you have applied the ini schema

1. Gather the IIS log (We need to find out which device is causing the issue)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\Logfiles\W3SVC1
2. Gather EDI logs
3. If possible gather the Omega log
4. Send through the logs to Pharos Support
