# What does “Required Printer network Settings” mean on the Pharos Omega PS150 web page?

When I log on to my Pharos Omega PS150 to set up the firewall, I notice the following information after I enable firewall mode:

“Required Settings on Controlled Device”

> IP Address:
>
> Subnet mask:
>
> Default gateway:

What do these mean?

---

The values for IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway should be used to set up the Printer IP address and network configuration. The printer should be statically set using these values so that it can communicate with the Pharos Omega when firewall mode is enabled.
