What information do I need to diagnose a Blueprint pagecount problem?

For incorrect page count issues, run the Diagnostic GUI and perform the following step after turning logging on:

For BP 2.1, select the Printer Info tab from the navigation bar on the left, and then click the Printers icon. For at least one printer giving incorrect page counts, right click on the printer and select “Save spool files”.

For BP 3.0 or above, select the Printer Info tab from the navigation bar on the left, and then click the Printers icon. Select “Save spool files” from the Printers menu.
