# When printing from Internet Explorer, two PopUps are presented for one print job

Why do I sometimes get two Pharos PopUp dialog boxes when I print from Internet Explorer?

When printing from a web page that uses html frames, it's possible that Internet Explorer Print Options are set to print "All frames individually". You can verify this when hitting Print, and selecting the Options tab. Please click on the html frame that you'd like to print, and verify that it's set to "As laid out on the screen."
