# When using the Blueprint Administrator, the error message "The machine manager is currently busy processing another request..." is seen.

### **Problem**:

When using the Blueprint Administrator I receive the error "75804". The full error is "The machine manager is currently busy processing another request. The machine manager is used by several application. In this case two applications are trying to use it at the same time."

### **Answer**:

The error indicates that more than two people are using the Blueprint Administrator on the the system at the same time, meaning the application is running more than once. Open Task Manager, show all processes then ensure that you do not see the PharosSystems.Blueprint.Administrator.exe running more than once.
