# When you print a document to a printer that has the Duplex option enabled, an extra page may be printed and charged.

When using Office 2007 if you print to a printer that has the Duplex option enabled an extra page is charged. Only a single page is printed and the document is only one page.

Microsoft has identified this as an issue with Microsoft Office Word 2007 and has released a service pack. The service pack is located at:[http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935514/en-us](http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935514/en-us)

It is recommended all customers running Microsoft Office Word 2007 install this update.
