# Why does a Patron Search (Nerve Center) return all users from all groups and not just the Group selected?

### Problem:

When doing a Patron Search from the Pharos Nerve Center, instead of returning members of the selected Group the search returns all Users for all Groups.

### Solution:

Check to see if the Group names contain underscores "_" (for instance Young_Adult).

The underscore "_" in the group name is the problem.

Remove the "_" from the group name and the search will work correctly.

### Notes:

No hot fix is available. This will be fixed in the next release (post Pharos version 7.1).
