Blueprint Collector Installation Error 1001. "Login failed for user ‘psbprint’. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL server connection."

When installing a Blueprint Collector I receive the following error message:

Error 1001. Login failed for user ‘psbprint’. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL server connection.

This is an expected error message if the SQL Server has been installed without mixed mode enabled.
