When using the EDI test tool you receive the following error message: The EDI could not contact any server for Authentication
This error message is displayed when the Pharos Print or Pharos SignUp services are stopped. Please start either of these installed services on the Pharos EDI Server.
To do this:
Open the control panel "Services"
Select " Pharos Print Server" or "Pharos SignUp Service"
Click the start arrow at the top of the services window
Retest using the EDI testing tool.
