Introduction
You recently upgraded your system and now when you are trying to print, specifically from the mobile site, you are getting the Error: releasing print job: Job failed to release on a printer: this property is not available as the asynchronous operation has not completed successfully and the job does not print.
Solution
Usually, during an upgrade, all the drivers get reset to the default PCL 6 driver, which does not work well. So, make sure to check the “print driver used by printer models” area on the mobile print site to make sure that is not the case. If it is, set the drivers to the correct ones and the issue will be resolved.
In case the issue persists, please make sure that all your Uniprint components are on the versions compatible with the other as found in this Pharos Knowledge Base Article. And that the version of Uniprint you are running is compatible with the version of the OS it is being run on, as can be seen in this compatibility chart.
