Failed to Notify Mobile Print Workflow Server of Available Job Processes

Introduction

You are getting the error message “Failed to notify Mobile Print Workflow server of available job processes” in MyPrintCenter whenever you are uploading jobs.  

Solution

To resolve this issue, the very first thing is to make sure that you are on the latest versions of Pharos API and MobilePrint. 

If the issue persists, please verify the following:  

  • Pharos MobilePrint Workflow service is running on the server hosting your MobilePrint services. 
  • As an additional check, review the Pharos MobilePrint Configurator to confirm that the license is not expired. 

Please also make sure that all the Print Servers in your Pharos environment can communicate with the MobilePrint server using server name and TCP Port 9001 and 443. 

You can also try restarting the mobile print services as a troubleshooting step and also try reapplying the license for mobile print

In case if the issue persists, please contact Pharos support and provide the following details: 

  • When did the issue start happening?
  • What changes did you make before the issue started happening?
  • A screenshot showing the versions of Pharos API and Mobileprint you are currently on.
  • Provide us the troubleshooting logs for Pharos.
