While upgrading the Blueprint Tracker, the following error message appears regarding the Blueprint ComTaskMaster service:
"Cannot delete the service."
This error appears if the Windows Services manager (Administrative Tools > Services) is open and the Pharos Systems ComTaskMaster service is highlighted while the upgrade is running. To avoid this error, close the Services manager before running the upgrade.
