How to customize the Pharos Print Center Help link?

1. Starting in Uniprint 9.0 R2 General Release the Pharos Print Center "Help" link in the top right hand corner of the web page can now be customized to use a custom URL. By default it re-directs you to to the Print Center Help in the Documentation.

2. Find the file called "index.html" in the default directory on the server hosting the Print Center web site. By default this directory is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Pharos\PrintCenter\WebApp".

3. Make a backup copy of this file.

4. Open the file and search for the keyword "PharosHelpOverride". You will find a value like below. By default the value is empty, this will cause the system to redirect you to the link mentioned above.

   var PharosHelpOverride=””

   Add your own URL to use in between the double quotation marks.

5. No need to restart IIS or any services, simply refresh your web browser and the Help link will re-direct to your new URL.
