Overview
You may encounter situations where the Secure Release Service (HTTP) and the Secure Release Service (Net. TCP) are both stopped, leading to your server being shown as stopped and printing completely interrupted.
Prerequisites
You have already tried restarting all the Pharos services in the services management console and checked that all ports required by Uniprint to work (especially ports 808, 8080 and 443) are not blocked by the firewall.
Solution
This issue might be because of a corrupt Secure Release database. You will need to take the following steps to resolve the issue:
Remove the DB files from the ProgramData\PharosSystems\SecureRelease\Database folder.
Then run the C:\Program Files (x86)\Pharos\Bin\PharosSecureRelease.msi install to reinitialize the DB file.
