Problem
Your iOS Device is not connecting to the Pharos Print Center application.
Information
This could be due to the SSL Certificate being used on the Uniprint server running the Pharos Print Center application. Apple requires that the SSL Certificate being used on the Pharos Print Center (a Web Site hosted in IIS) to be signed by one of the Certificate Authorities from the following in the list from the Apple support document in the link below.

If your Uniprint configuration includes the use of the ARR function within IIS then the SSL Certificate will need to be applied to that server. If your issue persists, please reach out to Pharos Support and provide us with information about your issue and we’ll be happy to help.
