Solution:
The Pharos Print Center Web can been installed with the API on the same server. If after initial installation they are separated from each other and are placed on separate servers (using ARR) and are not uninstalled/re-installed properly, there may be remnants of the previous installation still on one of the servers.
On the Mobile Print server, check that the name of the Mobile Print server is correct in PharosSystems.SecureRelease.Plugin.MobilePrint.dll.config file located in:
C:\ProgramData\PharosSystems\SecureRelease\JobOperationPlugins\MobilePrint\
In order to resolve the issue, follow these steps:
Stop the Mobile Print Services on the Mobile Print server.
Stop the Pharos Print Service and Secure Release Service on the Print Server.
Delete the folder C:\ProgramData\PharosSystems\SecureRelease\JobOperationPlugins\MobilePrint
Restart the Print Service and Secure Release Services.
Restart the Mobile Print Services.
Once the Mobile Print server pushes a new plug-in zip file to the Print Server we can now upload print jobs via Pharos Print Center.
