Question
We provision users via SCIM. However, despite a user’s departure and user account removal in AD, their account remains active in the Pharos system. Should the SCIM integration not automatically deactivate or delete the user account in Pharos Cloud upon their removal in AD?

Disabling or removing a user in your Identity Provider (IdP) does not currently remove their account or badge registration from Pharos Cloud.
This limitation is known to our development team and is being considered for a future enhancement. In the meantime, user accounts and registrations must be manually deleted within Pharos Cloud.
Alternatively, you can automate this process using the Pharos Cloud API to remove users when they are deactivated in your IdP. For more details, please refer to the article: Integration APIs.
