Problem
After adding a new user to System Users page, the user does not receive the email. Also, the invite button is greyed out and the invite status shows as “Invited”.
Information
The reason the Invite button is greyed out is that it's a linked user and the tenant from where the user is added is a secondary tenant.
When an organization has multiple tenants, there are chances that all the tenants are linked and one of the tenant should be a primary tenant and the rest are secondary tenants.
Adding a user from the secondary tenant does not initiate the Account activation process. The invite can only be sent from the primary tenant. From the primary tenant, the invite status should show as "Not Invited" which means the Account activation process has not been initiated and the invite has not been sent.
The administrator should add the user from the primary tenant and the user should receive the Account activation email in their mailbox.
