SQL PASS (http://www.sqlpass.org/ ) is an user group organization of SQL and database administrators dedicated to training others and sharing information.
They do a SQL Saturday which is a free event all around the country and the world. I have gone several times and enjoyed it, even though I'm not a heavy SQL admin.
There is another free event called 24 Hours of PASS , a free set of online/remote hour-long seminars
They also have local user groups and an online user group that does free online training/seminars too. See the PASS Training area.
If you are interested in SQL, databases, or social networking events, this is one I'd recommend.
A few additional notes:
Here is an intro video training on SQL Server Reporting Services "SSRS 101" . The guts of the session begins around 7m, 20s.
