Thank you for your feedback
I have installed a Collector or Tracker on a clustered print server. When I add a new queue, print jobs sent to the queue are not tracked; they remain in the queue in a "Printed" state. In addition, I cannot see the new queue in the Blueprint Administrator on the Analyst.
You have added the new queue to one of the local nodes rather than the virtual server. On a clustered print server, it is important that the queues are added to the virtual server to ensure that they are available no matter what node is currently active.
Remove the queue from the local node and add to the virtual server. You can do this by browsing to the cluster's virtual server name via Explorer and then using the "Printers and Faxes" control panel that appears.
