User cannot Print to the Color Queue

Problem 

You have a problem where one or multiple users are not able to print to the color queue and in the EDI Service log you can see the error "can_print_color = '0'". 

Solution 

The error "can_print_color = '0'" mostly means that the user facing this issue does not have the privileges to print to color. Therefore, to resolve this issue, please check Pharos Administrator and make sure that the affected users are part of a Group that allows color printing.
