How can I increase the timeout to avoid this problem?


Customers can increase the following timeout values:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Pharos\Database Server

Timeout: <increase this="this" value="value" /> (default: 120 seconds)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Database Server\Database

Timeout: <increase this="this" value="value" /> (default: 60 seconds)

The timeout values should be increased on the Pharos Database Server and host Pharos Administrator machines. It is recommended that the default value be doubled or tripled. If this does not resolve the issue, continue to increase this value until the Administrator returns a success message.
