After I install the iMFP integration I am unable to logon to the iMFP

After I install the Pharos iMFP integration I cannot logon to the HP iMFP unit.


If you do not have users in the Pharos Database you will not be able to logon to the iMFP. You need to install the following attached update to resolve the issue on the iMFP.

This is an internal file and should be used with caution. Sites installing this patch should be noted with the Pharos Technical Support Manager.

Affects version 1.2 iMFP Integration.

Can be loaded on the following HP Devices:

  • HP 4345

  • HP 4730

  • HP 9050

  • HP 9040
