Article summary

Whenever someone is using the Copy Ratio to reduce or enlarge their copies and manually enters their own zoom level by pressing the # pad (rather than choosing a predefined zoom), their zoom setting becomes the number of copies being made.

Example:

Student reduces their copy to 85 percent manually. The 85 also becomes the # of copies.

Pharos is aware of this problem in the initial release of the Canon integration and a resolution will be provided in a future release of this product.
