Question:
The Signup Client still believes and shows on the logon screen that is has a Block Booking. How do I reset the Signup Client?
Answer:
The way to reset the Signup Client would involve thawing the computer if your using some type of "PC State" software to protect it, like Faronics Deepfreeze, then purge the Signup configuration files stored in that thawed space.
Shown below in the image are the files that are (by default) in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Pharos\bin" directory that are used by the Pharos Signup Client for Windows.
Note: If you are using some type of "State" software like Faronics Deepfreeze or Microsoft Steady State then the files will need to be configured in a "Safe or Thawed" space that is not reset during a reboot of the computer.
Purging these and restarting the computer will cause it to try to connect to the server to get new information. You might be able to simply delete the "SUClientScheduledReservations.bin" file and restart the client.
