Article summary

When I swipe the card at the HP iMFP the following error appears: No connection found

The path to the EDI URL may be incorrect or not set up on the HP iMFP.

To correct this perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the HP iMFP web site that can be accessed by typing the HP iMFP's IP address in a browser window

  2. Log on to the iMFP using the link on the top right hand corner of the web page

  3. Access the Settings tab

  4. Click on the Pharos button

  5. This will bring up a form where you can insert the EDI URL in the following format http://servername/pharosedi/pedi.wsdl

  6. You should also check that the terminal name and password are correct

  7. Click on the Test Connection button to test the connection - this should confirm the connection is successful

  8. Click the Apply button to save the information.
