Thank you for your feedback
When running the Blueprint Server Configuration test an error occurs on the FTP test:
Error: Requested action not taken. File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)
Make sure the FTP user has read and write permissions on the upload folder that is located in the Pharos Blueprint directory
In other cases, Lexmark software can cause the problem. Run file monitor to find out where the error is occurring. The error will be related to "Inetinfo.exe could not find PCinfo.dll" and it will also look into a strange directory - if possible, delete that directory.
