Pressing the yellow reset button when the Pharos Print Release screen is active on an HP integrated MFP (iMFP) causes the following error:

49.4205 - ERROR

To continue turn off then on

This device then needs to be turned on and off


This is a known issue with the M Series device range and the Pharos iMFP solution.

This issue is resolved by ensuring that the latest HP firmware available at HP.COM is installed on the device.
