Question:
Why am I not able to print certain paper sizes using MobilePrint?
Answer:
In this example, the user was not able to release A4 paper through Print Center or other Release Stations. It was found that the "Device" in Uniprint was configured to restrict the paper sizes that are allowed to be released to the "Device". Selecting that Job Attribute resolved this issue.
This can be configured by opening the Pharos Administrator and navigating to Output management > Devices > [select a device] > Printer settings at the bottom > Job Attributes, then select the desired attributes or leave it at the default of 'All Attributes'.
