Pharos Innovative III Gateway PatronData calls are failing.

I am recieving bad returns from the Pharos Innovative III Gateway for the PatronData URL (see below)

(customer pin codes removed for security and replaced by x's)

(this is a data return error)

This was not seen when using the Innovative III Software version 2.0.0.6 but is affecting the newer version 2.0.0.7 and 2.0.0.9a.
