Pharos Popup Client displays two popups per print job

For some print jobs types (for example, Excel) or some print drivers, when printing through a Popups printer with questions assigned, the Popup questions appear twice.

To fix this problem, apply the following two registry keys:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Pharos\Popup Client\CheckDocNames]

Set to 1.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Pharos\Popup Client\SkipDialogTimeout]

Set to the maximum time, in seconds, that may exist between print jobs if the Popup Server is to assume they are parts of the one job.

Also, for the Popups Question Group it is important that you set the Allow Last Answers property to "Yes" (Pharos Administrator > Popups > Question Groups).
