Question:

How can I increase the inactivity logout timer for the HP iMFP?

Answer:

The user inactivity timer that logs off a user session is a setting that is configurable within the HP's web administrator page. The Pharos iMFP, as well the settings within the Administrator applications for Uniprint and Blueprint, have no control over the inactivity timer; it is solely an HP "thing".

This is configured in the devices EWS console as seen below for a FutureSmart device. If this setting does not match then please contact the vendor on where this inactivity setting is on the device you have.
