Symptom:
When using Citrix VDI solutions and Pharos Products you see some of the below behaviors.
Print jobs from one user end up in another users queue
Inability to print .pdf’s directly from Web Retrieval (custom application)
Inability to print documents scanned through Unified Scanning (TracDoc, Historical, PONL, IRIS, etc.)
