Print Jobs Disappearing from Pharos Queue immediately

After I install Pharos and test a print job to a print queue, the print job shows in the Pharos Queue for 1-5 seconds and then disappears. Accidentally Installed pop-ups to server and then uninstalled them. Doesn't happen until after I do a change control on a newly created print queue.

The following steps should be taken:

Delete the print queue and in Pharos Admin Tool go to File > Uniprint Global Settings > and uncheck the "Cost Acceptance" and the "Apply to Color Jobs Only" check boxes, then do a change control and rebuild the print queue and then do a final change control.

Reason:

When the Cost acceptance check box is checked Pharos is wanting to display the cost dialog box but there are no pop-ups on this machine so the job is dumped by Pharos, and this is when you see it leaving the spool queue. If you open the Windows Print Spooler folder you will see the job enter the spooler queue and then leave again.
