When I normalize my printers using Pharos Blueprint, printers that have been remotely connected to a Terminal Services or Citrix session (e.g. a client workstation's printers that were made available in the session) become Disconnected Logical Printers.
Printing from these Disconnected Logical Printers is not recorded against the device.
Printing from client printers attached within a remote Citrix or Terminals Services session can be tracked but cannot be normalized. Pharos Blueprint is not capable of normalizing these remotely connected printers.
Printing to server-based printers within the Citrix or Terminals Services session is recorded and can be normalized correctly.
