Problem:

When I open the Pharos Help File the information is not displayed.

Answer:

This turned out to be caused by the C:\Program Files (x86)\Pharos\Help\Pharos.chm file being Blocked by Windows. Unblocking the pharos.chm file resolves the issue. In this case the computer was a Windows 7 machine.

Depending on how this file were downloaded or copied to the target machine, some of the files may have been 'blocked' by Windows. To check whether a file is blocked and/or unblock it, right-click the file in Windows Explorer and select 'Properties'. On the General TAB you will see a button or checkbox indicating the file has been blocked by Windows. Check the box or click the button, then click OK to close the Properties dialog window.

This can also happen on Windows servers due to Internet Explorer restrictions.
