Uniprint 9.2 SignUp Nerve Center Update Rev 317

Before You Start

• This hot-fix should be applied to installations using Uniprint Suite 9.2. The update will affect the use of Nerve Center for the time it takes to perform the update. This should only take a few minutes to complete.

Installation

The update affects the Pharos SignUp Nerve Center and should be applied to all machines running the Pharos SignUp Web components.

To apply this update:

1. Download the SignUpNerveCenterRev317.zip file from the Uniprint Hot Fixes web page. In the file properties, unblock the zip file, then unzip the file.

2. On each Pharos Web Services machine, perform the following steps:

   • Copy the file HelpHeader.asp to the inetpub\wwwroot\SignUp\Help directory, overwriting the existing file.

   • Copy the following files to the inetpub\wwwroot\SignUp directory, overwriting the existing files.

     • QSBarFrame.asp

     • Utility.asp

The application of this update constitutes acceptance of the conditions specified in your license agreement. To view the license agreement, please refer to the license.rtf file on your Pharos CD.

• Security Update. This update addresses known security issues, specifically the potential for cross-site scripting in the SignUp Nerve Center web page.
