What do I need to diagnose a Blueprint Tracker problem?


Obtaining the following information will assist in the resolution of a Blueprint Tracker problem

Information to collect:

  • Run the Diagnostic GUI. For BP 2.1 the exe is installed in the install directory

  • Turn on logging from the “Diagnostic Logging” menu.

  • Reboot the machine to ensure complete log capture.

  • Continue logging for an interval in which at least one of the printers in question was printed to from this workstation.

  • Run the Diagnostic GUI again and save the logs by selecting “Save Results” from the “File” menu. Note the location and forward the file PrintTracker Diagnostics.zip to support.
