What do I need to diagnose a Blueprint Tracker problem?
Obtaining the following information will assist in the resolution of a Blueprint Tracker problem
Information to collect:
Run the Diagnostic GUI. For BP 2.1 the exe is installed in the install directory
Turn on logging from the “Diagnostic Logging” menu.
Reboot the machine to ensure complete log capture.
Continue logging for an interval in which at least one of the printers in question was printed to from this workstation.
Run the Diagnostic GUI again and save the logs by selecting “Save Results” from the “File” menu. Note the location and forward the file PrintTracker Diagnostics.zip to support.
