I am unable to re-manage a Konica Minolta device using the Pharos software after the device has had been reset to factory defaults. The below error message can be seen in the Pharos KM iMFP Management Service log file.

Resolution:

Performing a factory reset on a device will disable the HDD. This has to be re-enabled again andis done by a Konica Minolta Technician.

Note: Pharos Support does not have instructions on how to do this on the various models of devices.
